Adobe Campaign

I've been seeing an issue where my "to send" count of a delivery is always 1 record higher than who actually qualified.  For example, I have 1 qualified person in my delivery and can see them on the delivery dashboard under the delivery tab but my count says "2".  It will try to process "2" but only sends to the 1 person so my success rate is 50%.  Why is it adding on this extra record? Thanks!Kristen

Hi all,  I've noticed that the default click-through rate (CTR) reporting in Adobe Campaign Standard seems to calculate CTR based on the total number of recipients rather than the number of opens. Has anyone else experienced this, or could it be a setup issue on our end? I think it should be named Click Rate and not Click Through Rate.

I'm using an split activity to count how many recipients have field A and how many have field B.Since those are 2 segments inside the split activty I get 2 outputs. I can send an alert for each output, but I need to send a single email containing both counts of Field A and Field B.How to do it? Each alert has this format: Hoy <%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2D/%2M/%2Y") %>  la cantidad de recipients con Email Comercial es:  <%= vars.recCount %> Bonus: how to format the <%= vars.recCount %>  so it shows a "," for the thousends?

Is there a good batch size for an update activity?There are some workflows that take 5 to 8 hours to ingest/update the data into our schema. I'm thinking going from 10,000 to 200,000.  I've tested with 80,000 and 100,000 and everything seems fine.Is there anything I should be aware of about this big increment?

I need the number of recipients with "Email comecial" not empty, meaning they have an email comercial.Appliying a filter to the schema shows there are 7M recipients where email comercial is not empty. But using a workflow to query the recipients table and then and split activity, to not only get the recipients with email comercial not empty but also , in another segment, the recipients with celular comercial not empty, shows that only 198K recipients have an email comercial. Why is there a difference?

Hello, I've been trying for some time to get dynamic content into the email subject. I would like to send one subject or another based on what the user does from a single email. That is why I put the dynamic content in the subject of the email. I have previously used dynamic content within the email itself with success, but with the subject the text is not changing despite having entered the conditions. If anyone knows how to solve it, it would be a great help. Thank you so much

Hello Everyone, Any insights on the below would be helpful -Adobe Campaign Application Server 7.0 is in 'STOP' state in our Lower environment. Even after restarting the services, it's changing to 'STOP' after couple of seconds. On the other hand, we also could not perform 'net stop nlserver6' which returns the message 'Adobe Campaign Application Server 7.0 service could not be stopped' Any thoughts on how to solve this would be helpful. BR, Hari Krishna D

Some users pause activities inside the workflow. Since the status says "finished", I thought they have ended and that paused activity meant nothing. However, I've been told by Adobe Support that those workflows are consuming resources.What would be an efficient way to stop all of them? How can I filter those workflows with an activity in pause state and stop them?  

Hi,My team is trying to send out a LINE Delivery. First image included with Primary Key 78041. We ask the visitor to fill in the subscription form so the LineUserID was generated by Adobe Campaign. The second picture, with Primary Key 89321, we already have the Line MID, so we create the visitor and visitor subscription with MID but we don't know how to create/generate LineUserID as we do not know the format of LineUserID is generated.As well as we do not have LineUserID of visitor Primary Key 89321, We then tried to send out the Delivery using MID in which does not work.I have two questions:1. How do we configure or what is the solution to if we want to send out LINE Delivery using only MID?2. How do we configure Adobe Campaign so that we are able to generate LineUserID from the MID that we have?Please guide us into how we can find the solution to this?Best regards,Sching 

Hi, So I've extended a Recipients Schema (old ui). In which I want to create a workflow in New UI. However, when I went in to create that, in the Update Data Activity, the columns that I created does not exists in the New UI. What's weirder is that in the Old UI, all these created columns Ive created exists and I can chose those columns to be updated. (Images for everything is included below).In the image, you can see that agent_code only exists as destination in the Old UI. Does anyone know why this happens and what is the solution to this problem? Kind regards,Sching

Hi allI am facing issue in  QA environment whereopens are not getting updated for a delivery while chekcing in Tracking tab of deliveryi have executed Technical workflowtracking wkf couple of times but opens are not getting updated at all is there any workaround or manually or via wkf i can update tracking logs for that delivery my delivery has only 3 recipeints--so I am looking fir a way to uodate opens fir those recipients fir tbose delivery

What method can be used to escape an apostrophe in an SMS  message? I've tried two apostrophes and a few other tricks but nothing worked so far.  

I am curious if the Adobe Campaign Classic mobile app service offers a similar feature to the "content-available" field found in the iOS configuration of Adobe Campaign Standard.We are currently working on tracking push notifications, and the app team has requested us to enable this specific field which is necessary for tracking received notifications. However, since we are using Adobe Campaign v7, this field is not available.
