PREDICTIVE SEND TIME OPTIMIZATION MODULE ADOBE CAMPAIGN CLASSIC

Hi,

 

I have the license for this module, but I don't know how to install or configure it so I can use it.

 

Can anyone provide me with documentation or explain the steps to follow to do so?

Hi @bcollado 

 

The reason you might be lost is that the Journey AI capability (V7 Managed Cloud Services, V8 or ACS) is not available out of the box as part of the product and crucially the implementation requires Adobe Consulting to be engaged.

You should get into a contact of your Adobe Account team and they'll be able to move it forward with Adobe Consulting.
