PDF for Archive

Hi there,

Is there any way to save the email directly to PDF?

My organization saves our emails in an archive so we need a clickable PDF. Usually, I save the email, modify a Word document, and save it as a PDF. Outlook automatically formats it to 8.5"x11" so I need the middle step of some program. This month's email was particularly long and it goes beyond the 22" max for Word, so it's saving as two pages.

Thanks!

Hi @skpage6,

In Adobe Campaign Standard you can't export a file directly from within the platform itself. Depending on what you want to save you might need to use external PDF generation tools integrated with campaign taking into account limitations, but again as @craig_thonis said if you want to save it in Outlook you may contact Microsoft.

Celia

Hi skpage6,

How the email is saved once it hits Outlook is entirely outside of Campaign's control, so this is realistically the wrong forum to be posting in. You probably want to reach out to Microsoft to see if there is some way to automatically save email archives as PDF.

Craig

I was explaining why I need to save the PDF from Campaign. I'm trying in Outlook, too. Do you know a way to save a PDF from Campaign?
