I've set Max. number of retries to 0. May someone tell me why the delivery is still showing "Retry pending"? Maybe changing "Period of retries" to 0h.

Hi All, Hope you are doing great. We are planning to migrate from v7 to v8. Currently, our v7 setup is a hybrid model, and there are significant duplications among recipients, which is causing issues with billing based on unique profiles. Additionally, this client has three different apps, and each app's user ID is stored in the User ID field of the Subscriber Application table. As a result, when a single user installs all three apps on the same device, three different entries are created with distinct User IDs but the same Device ID. This duplication is again causing problems with billing. In v8, we plan to use Customer ID as the unique key for Recipient table. And we would like to map the User Id with the CustID field. Is there a way to link the Subscriber Application with the Recipient schema in v8 to mitigate this redundancy issue ? Please advice. Regard's,Neelam

Hello I'm noticing many service / transactional email addresses we receive with typos (eg gmial.com, homtail.com etc) are not entering the quarantine table as expected. Please see example recipient delivery log of a customer with domain hotmaill.com: Instance setup is shown here too: This is obviously creating IP sending issues as our sender reputation is deteriorating. Is there a setting in config that I need to check? Email Delivery exclusions are always set to exclude blacklisted too.

Hi!First of all I apologize if I am not asking in the right way or in the right place.I am a beginner Campaign user and when setting the filter conditions we had a question/problem.In my company, filter conditions tend to be complex and changing at the same time. It has already happened to us that in some filter conditions it has been necessary to add an "or" to the total of the already existing syntax. To be able to do this, it is necessary to be able to lower the entire syntax one level or, in other words, create a level higher than the syntax in which to do the "or".Does anyone know how this can be done without having to delete everything and recreate the filter conditions with that new "or"?I am attaching an explanatory image with an example of what I have now and what I would need to do.We would greatly appreciate any help on this.Thank you so much.

Hello, After updating servers to 7.4.1 we have another weird issue going on.Issue is with uploading files:Select file upload from local machine. File is uploaded successfully. But when clicking on 'Ok' I get prompt as if the process is not finished   When we click on yes and Ok again we get error As if something tried to read the file. But to me this is not the correct location at all or not full location where the file is loaded.  Any idea what I need to check?Marcel

Hi, We're trying to limit the number of operators with administrator clearance. However, it seems like lot's of functionalities actually require administrator rights, which isn't okay. Therefore we are wondering if we can create a specific named rights for the following two actions so that we can assign those two rights to the operator groups needing them, and thus preventing those operators from having access to everything:Offer validationPackage managementWe are aware package management is usually done by admins, but in our case it's not feasible.Is there anyone knowing if this is possible and if so, how this can be achieved? Wesley
