How do I check in adobe campaign standard in which workflows a specific audience is used? I want to delete one because I think is it not being used, but I want to be sure about that.

Hi, I have problem - to avoid separately computed aggregates calculated on some level and joining them back I want to use windowing functions which are now implemented by many database vendors. I have tried in AC using expression likemax(@eff_dt , PartitionBy(@col1,@col2,@col3))which parses well but unfortunately it was converted to  something likemax(W0.tsEff_dt , PARTITION BY W0.dCol1 , W0.sCol2 , W0.sCol3)which of course result in error  and it should be likemax(W0.tsEff_dt) over  PARTITION BY W0.dCol1 , W0.sCol2 , W0.sCol3)is any way to get this ? regards

Hi,I'm trying to create a workflow that send 2nd email after 1st email sent 3 days ago, they will be both recurring delivery. The problem is when I try to query by delivery log id = 1st email delivery id,   it is not working, the recurring delivery creates a sub delivery with auto generated delivery id for each reporting aggravation period.     Thanks.

No details in the documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/designing-content/personalization.html?lang=en#defining-dynamic-content-in-an-email   Also, no option to drag/drop or choose the function (like a "List of functions" section, like in Add a Rule - for Profiles).   Thank you for your help!

Hi, We are looking for a solution to the following problem:   We want to use Seed addresses to send our account managers the emails their clients are receiving. This is done in an automatic workflow so we want to be able to select the Seed addresses with a dynamic condition based on a variable determined in the workflow. But we can't quite seem to get it to work.   Please help!

Hi All, I want to encrypt the data file coming into the adobe and decrypt the same to consume it in adobe campaign. This can be done by generating GPG key pair in control panel. I have generated the key pair in control panel and used the generated public key to encrypt the data file. I tried two different ways to encrypt the data file :1. by importing public key in "Kleopatra"2. by importing the key in Windows command prompt. The file got encrypted successfully by both ways. Then I placed these "Book2.csv.gpg" files in Adobe sFTP location. Later I created a Workflow in which I took file collector activity to fetch the encrypted file and the file was successfully fetched followed by which data loading activity is taken with "Decrypt" command. Whlile decrypting I am getting an error due to which unable to decrypt and load the file. Please help me to resolve this issue. Also I wanted to understand whether I used right ways to encrypt the csv file, if not then plea

Hello campaign experts, I'm trying to load a .CSV file produced by Adobe campaign extract process then load it into an Oracle table via SQL Loader utility but running into challenges populating the table with "" strings in fields. the extract file produce fields with a set of a double quotes around it.   Current output .CSV data: "njpottery@yahoo.com","03/09/2023 09:00:45","712405,03/09/2023 09:00:45","Y"   Desired output .CSV data: njpottery@yahoo.com,03/09/2023 09:00:45,712405,03/09/2023 09:00:45,Y   Any suggestion on how to achieve the desired output result is greatly appreciated.       Thanks, Sof    

Hello experts, I ran into a problem in the reporting part of Adobe Campaign Classic. If we refer to the definition, the reactivity rate is supposed to be "the ratio of the number of targeted recipients who clicked in a delivery at least once compared to the estimated number of targeted recipients who opened a delivery at least once." But after some calculations, it looks like it's the ratio between the targeted recipients who clicked in a delivery at least once compared to the success deliveries. Is that normal ? Is the definition false or a problem of calculations in the reporting of Adobe Campaign Classic ?Best regards, Hugo

I'm sure this is fairly basic question, so I appreciate somebody helping me out on this.  I have a WebApp/Landing Page that stores submitted information in a Table (table1) upon submit.  I would like to auto-load recipient data using the preloading action and populate the form fields. For example the form asks for user input on field "table1.firstName".  I would like to auto load recipient.firstName into that field. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?--Patryk

Hi Experts,   We are noticing that our Opt-Out links are not being recognized for tracking, and we are having to manually adjust the tracking capabilities within the "Tracking & images" tab within the Delivery to select the "Opt-out" tracking label instead of "Enabled".   Is there a way to automate this so that whenever it recognizes our Opt-Out link, the tracking is automatically enabled for delivery reporting, and the Tracking column is always "Opt-out" for that link? See the screenshot for reference.   Thanks for the help in advance! 

I'm hoping someone can help me understand how delivery indicators are calculated.  When i look at the estimation of the number of recipients who have opened the emails ([indicators/@estimatedRecipientOpen]) i see a number that is different my individual count when i sum the individual recipients who have opened the email.  I'm not sure if this is due to recipients opened the email on multiple days or on multiple devices but i'm trying to figure out the exact criteria that defines a unique open and also is there a way to export the list of individual recipients who have unique opens so that i can match to my export?  Again, when i export directly from the delivery itself i get results that don't match.

I am trying to loing to ACS UI using IMS authentication. After entering the password and choosing the correct organization, login workflow shows ACS home page for fraction of seconds and then redirects to experience.adobe.com page. On that page, I get an option to access ACS again and after clicking it , the same process follows and I end up redirecting to experience.adobe.com. It doesn't happen with ACS 20.x versions but I can notice this one on ACS 22.x versions. Any suggestions?

Hello All,   I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has had experience with A/B Testing (Classic v7) to send the winning delivery that would track the highest clicks of a specific URL.  Right now we are running a A/B test on Headlines (Subject Line) and are using the JavaScript Activity with Adobes Use Case JS code to determine the winning Delivery   Adobe JS:   For example if we have 2 (up to 4) deliveries would it be possible to edit the JS to look for specific URL Links (i.e. Article Links, Advertisement Links, etc.) for clicks to determine which delivery would be the winner (instead of overall opens/clicks) and sent out to the rest of the audience?  This test was recently brought to my attention and I figured I'd reach out for everyone's thoughts as I continue my research.   Thanks all, feel free to reach out with any questions.   Shaun

However, these files do not always have a common ending but the beginning does.   For example: TEST_FILES_DD_MM_YYYY The * or % character after "TEST_FILES" does not work. Can you help me please ?

Could i call one Content block from another content block. Is it possible?

Hi all,I am wondering if it is possible to refer to a content block inside a content block. Maybe as a merge field. I am using the content block as placeholder for different language variants on a landing page, but within the different languages we also have different contact emails and phone numbers. They are already in another content block, and is based on sales companies, so what I want is to refer to them in the content block with the text for the landing page. Hello,   I have a custom resource in ACS that has an email field. Those records are not in the profile schema and we would not like to have them there. We would like to set up a new target mapping to be able to email the records in the custom resource. Is this possible with target mappings just like in ACC? So far I'm not having any luck.
