Issue with export file from enrichment

Hi there,

 

I'm setting up a wkf with an enrichment of 2 query and a segmentation and at the end of the workflow I have to export a file with data that come from the enrichement, but no all the data I select in export file are exported.

I made a similar workflow with an enrichment of a query and a segmentation and the export file activity export all the data correctly.

I'm using the same settings and I don't figure it out why this new workflow doesn't work, can you help me?

I solved the problem: it was the link between the tables.

Hi G,

 

It's going to be difficult to assist without actually reviewing the workflows. I would suggest submitting a ticket to Campaign Support or providing specific details of the workflow configuration within this thread.
