Adobe Analytics

Hello All,Our organization is running ad campaigns through Triblio. The URLs they are using we implemented CID along with them to track whether the visitors are coming through Triblio ads or not. There is a huge discrepancy in data; For a certain time period Adobe data is showing 9.5K unique visitors where Triblio data is saying 4K. Considering one particular URL - Adobe Data says it received 500+ traffic through CID for a particular time period, whereas Triblio data is saying less than 100. What are the possible reasons for this? Any inputs can help me.Would like to confirm that the CID attributed link is in use for Triblio Ads only.

I know it's easy to set up a threshold alert when the website has an overall drop in visits ... but how can I set up an alert to notify me when any of our 100+ primary directories has a drop in visits? e.g. I can report on a drop in overall traffic to https://www.mywebsite.com ... but I want it to alert to me when https://www.mywebsite.com/Z has a significant drop in visits, without having to create 26 different alerts for:https://www.mywebsite.com/Ahttps://www.mywebsite.com/Bhttps://www.mywebsite.com/Chttps://www.mywebsite.com/Detc. etc. etc. 

I'm trying to set up the Analytics Health Dashboard at my organization for the first time. Then the macro for the OAuth token, which I generate using this playgroundhttps://adobeioruntime.net/api/v1/web/io-solutions/adobe-oauth-playground/oauth.html  According to the documentation, there should be a webpage that opens, but nothing does. So I go to the next step that says to click authenticate. I do that, it opens a browser, I put in my Adobe log

Hi All, I used to implement list var and capture in app measurement like this but it is not working in similar fashion with AEP Websdk implementation. Can anybody help me here -Issue - Listvar1 values are not populating in workspace, it is coming as undefined. .  I have attached all the relevant screenshots - 1. Data layer structure  2. Hello!  I am trying to track form completions that stem from certain pages on our site. I have a created a couple of fallout visuals but am confused by what I am seeing. When the fallout is changed to look at visits there are actually less form completion hits than there are when it is set to visits. I know there are instances when there can be more than one unique visitor per visit, but when I create these same visuals in CJA with people vs sessions, it is showing the same thing? Any insight or ideas into why this is would be helpful! Hi, I am working on the click performance on the cart page and Prop27 is the dimension that I would like to utilize. On the other hand, there are 3 types of Option Click (Prop27)1. Option Click (p27) (prop27)2. Exit Option Click (p27) (prop27)3. Entry Option Click (p27) (prop27) Thus, I would like to know what are the differences of these 3 and which type of dimensions should I select? Thank you in advance!    

 Hi, I am not sure if this question has been answered previously, as I wasn't able to find any solutions. I am trying to create a dashboard in PowerBI using data from Report Builder as the source file. I have scheduled the report to be published to PowerBI (screenshot attached) to run daily, but when I open PowerBI, I do not see the updated data. Am I missing any step or is there another way to set up the connection? Thanks,S Kala

how can i backtrack the origin of an unspecified hits under an unspecified hit from the page's GUID? the GUID of the page is just from the data layer. the page URL dimension is also unspecifiedthese comes from visits and unique visitor. but for page views, there is no unspecified data captured. thank you

I'd like to gather some ideas:Imagine a website with frequently added new content (e.g. content pages, or download items). Added content typically persists over a long period. Some content is used quite frequently, other content is a long tail.I'm thinking about creating a report that shows "recently trending" content (i.e. dimension items). "Recently" would need to be defined as a period. "Trending" content could beNew content that is instantly used significantly more frequently than other content.Existing content that is recently used significantly more often than before.How would you do that?

Good afternoon,   We have a KPI deployed called '% Single Page Visits' which is calculated as "Single Page Visits / Entries". For this metric we don't want to consider Visits that reload the entry page (Repeat Instances), as a Quality Visits or Non-Single Page Visit. If I read the Adobe definition of the out-of-the-box 'Single Page Visit' metric, it states:   "the number of visits where the Page dimension item contained only a single unique value for the entire visit.”   Then at the other hand, 'Adobe Workspace' regulates the counting of 'Repeat Instances' on a 'Project' level. By default, a new Adobe Workspace has the 'Count Repeat Instances' checkbox checked in the 'Project Info & Settings' menu. So, the way I understand it, is that when I add my '% Single Page Visits' metric to a new Workspace, the '% Single Page Visits' value is considering a page refresh of the Entry page as a 'Non-Single Page Visit' (opposite of the original Adobe ‘Single Page Visit’

Hi All, I was wondering how to properly Calculate Average Time Spent on a Page View? I have a hit segment applied to a specific page. It is also my understanding that page views can increase without a timestamp being applied https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/components/metrics/total-seconds-spent Here is my metric: This segment in the metric removes this page view if it was the 1 and only page view in the visit. I'm anxious that in a scenario where a user sees the page 2 times and the 2nd time the user doesn't have an additional hit and closes the browser. To my understanding, the total seconds spent wouldn't increase but the page views would increase, meaning I could get a smaller average inflating the page view denominator without a corresponding total seconds spent to add in the numerator. Is there a way to remove the last page view that doesn't have a subsequent hit or server call as that page so that way each page view for that page has a cor

I'm new and inexperienced with Adobe Tagging. I'm trying to get it implemented on our website. We do not have a dev o staging environment. Is it possible to publish directly to production? What is the risk? 

I'm still pretty fresh to Adobe Analytics (I was primarily a WebTrends user and currently Google Analytics) and I'm working through enabling reporting on UTM parameters in Adobe Analytics. I've used this article as a baseline guide (https://medium.com/@utmsmartmanager/the-complete-guide-to-using-utm-parameters-in-adobe-analytics-dfce81b91938). I'm at the point now where we have code deployed to collect the UTM parameters from the URL (when present) and pass them in a single string to the campaign variable. I added the classifications, set up the classification rules (regex method), and linked the rules to my report suites.    When I set up a table and use the Tracking Code dimension, I can see the full string in the line items. But when I set up a table with the Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, Content dimensions, everything is listed as Unspecified. Testing in the classification rules breaks down the string properly into the correct classifications.  It fe

Hi, We recently implemented mobile SDK to track our native mobile app data and we noticed discrepancies between the "app users" and "launches" numbers. So far, Adobe is reporting 85 "app users" between both Android and iOS but the "launches" are only "19". I wonder if Adobe is reporting "Launches" correctly? Is it possible to have such a big gap between "Launches" and App Users? Please suggest! 

How to extract bulk data from adobe analytics when report builder and data warehouse doesnt work? I am trying to extract multiplt dimension (2 dimensions) but due to rows limit  am unable to use it. So I tried datawarehouse but didnt work as some of the segment and calculated metric doesnt work in data warehouse. Now hot to extract the data?

I would like to use the sequential segmentation feature, "after the sequence"- in order to see all templates/pages/actions that have happened after my visitor clicked on a navigation that has an internal tracking code- how would i build that segment? (also looking to understand the condition, THEN > WITHIN 1 HIT - does that mean after a HIT or IN the next HIT?
