I have created the below metrics. However, I am not sure whether it is correct? and why predicted data keeps on changing?

Since google has made updates to chrome in the end of 2023, Activity map is not working. In case anyone is still having issues with the Activity Map, there is a workaround (disabling the storage partitioning flag) feature for time being till Adobe Team fixes the issue.   Steps to disable: Go to 'chrome://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning' In Third-party Storage Partitioning, change flag from Default to Disabled Relaunch the Chrome, and you are all set with the activity map!

We're seeing inflated adobe entries than GCM clicks and not sure why. How can we see entries onto the page even though we don't have clicks to the ad? We are looking at the cmpid (placement id) level. We're noticing some cmpid with a few clicks and 100+ entries and some cmpid with 0 clicks and 100+ entries. After looking into it, we don't think it's bots (at least not the main source) but potentially the cmpid somehow firing multiple times. When we break down the cmpid, we are also seeing unique cookies for each entry. Any ideas?

I created a segment of users who had credit application clicks using a visitor container.  I used the month of April as the panel date range.  And there're about 4 million users (unique visitor). When I added a day dimension there're about 160K unique visitor each day.  What does the 160K mean?   Active unique visitor in each day who had made credit application in the month of April?    Because if I switch the segment container to visit level, the total is still 4 million users (unique visitor), but the daily visitor is much lower about 80K.If I want to build a dashboard for the IT team to improve the engagement of credit applications, which segment container is better?  I feel like the visit level contain provides better information on the day level.  Is that right? 

I’m in the process of implementing CNAME for my organization. We have two websites—one is still using the old ontrdc.net server, and the other is set up with a new CNAME server, smetrics.example.com.After implementing CNAME, do I need to replace the server on both websites, or can the old server continue to work on Website A while the new CNAME server is implemented on Website B?  What is the reason for adding an exclusion rule at the end (exclude hits where Page exists) and why do we need to apply the "only after sequence", of the Next Page panel segment? I created a segment using Page as dimension and Home as value. What is the difference if I do not apply either of the two?    

Hi, I am wondering if the volume of visits is based on the cookie s_vi ? if so does it mean that if I have 2 different s_vi cookie (domain are different and so the values) would it count as 2 visits ?  Thanks a lot in advance to anyone that could help to understand which element is required to count the visits. Sophie

I have an evar that has the product type(s) being purchased on a comma-delimited basis.ex:prodA,prodB (that'd an order with two products - one of type A and one of type B)prodB,prodB,prodB (that'd be an order with three of product type B)We only have 6 types of products, but several thousand permutations of this eVar and the corresponding orders with it.Is there a way to split out the variable by the delimiter and then have adobe count the products ordered?

I'm setting up a site using the Data Collection tool (launch).  I'm looking at Adobe Debugger on the site that I have this dev deployed on. In the analytics Rows, I have a Page Name that shows the current page. I have a Page URL that shows the current page URL.I also have a page (lower case p which seems out of place)..  and that is populating that data with the previous page (direct influence page). I've been trying to chase down where this is coming from and correct it but I'm not finding this 'page' variable getting setup in our configuration.Has anyone had experience with this?There may be some wonky things we have setup that might be contributing, but I don't think so. I figured I'd start with this before adding some info that might be misleading.

We found some new cookies on our websites. Is the s_ac cookie associated with Adobe Analytics? 

Is there a way to sync the data dictionary information to the Info icon next to the component’s name in workspace?The quick view doesn’t display all the information that the data dictionary contains.  For example, in the data dictionary the "frequently used with" and "similar to" sections are populated, but in the quick view they're listed as "none." The description is the same in both areas.

Hi, Are there any resources that would show how to calculate in SQL basic web metrics or any metrics for that matter on the Analytics Data Feed Downstream Data? I have this Data Column Reference that sort of helps, but I know every row is every hit. Hi All, I am trying to align pageviews for a given URL for July 2024 in our org. Here is the SQL query I have in the downstream environment attached below. I'm wondering why I am coming up 3K pageviews short compared to what we have in adobe workspace for the same URL and time frame. I apply the filters and recommendations for metrics and dimensions based on the URLs I have listed below too along with the screenshot. I created a custom segment using two events with the "Only After" sequence.I am attempting to use the custom segment as part of a calculated metric where the custom segment is the numerator.When I select it, it is acting a container and requesting a metric, dimension, segment, etc. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to add to the container?  the Custom Segment is two metrics and it is a segment.Any help is greatly appreciated.TIA,Brian
