Hey there, We're trying to create a calculated metric in CJA to match the audience that has been in AJO using a date function like DOB less than MMDDYYYY, but it's not available in CJA. I have also looked at functions available in CJA. Example - Create a calculate field in CJA where Birth Date(YYYY-MM-DD) occurs before 18 years ago. Do you have any recommendations on how to handle this date-related calculation in CJA? Also, do you know if bringing in audiences in CJA that were created in AJO is possible?  I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hello, I develop an hybrid application with capacitor. I have adobe analytics. It runs on Android but on iOS each page has a new idvisitor, so each page is a new application visit. I've got an error in log: [warn] - [alloy] [Identity] Identity cookie not found. This could be caused by any of the following issues: * The org ID [My org id]@AdobeOrg configured in Alloy doesn't match the org ID specified in the edge configuration. * Experience edge was not able to set the identity cookie due to domain or cookie restrictions. * The request was canceled by the browser and not fully processed. I initialize my adobe like this: this.alloy = createInstance({ name: 'alloy' }); await this.alloy('configure', { datastreamId: [ADB_DATA_STREAM_ID], orgId: [ORG_ID] });  My version:  "@adobe/alloy": "^2.20.0",  can anyone help me? thanks 

Assuming that customer has 50 millions page views per month. Additionally there can be some additional events connected with search, add to cart, transactions and lead generation events.If I have lookback period of 30 days there might be 60 millions rows. How you determine such an assumption? Do you have any hints & shortcuts? 

@61380 what kind of search experience is this in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)?Why would a query such as URL return results where any sequential occurrence of the letters U R L return in the results?This makes no sense from a search use case perspective. Is this a bug and where can it be reported?    

Hello Adobe,I’m facing an issue with marketing channels where the tracking codes are not being attributed correctly. I have reviewed the configuration multiple times and cannot find anything wrong. All configurations are set within the "Classification Rule Builder," the channels are defined in the "Marketing Channel Manager," and the rules are within the "Marketing Channel Processing Rules."The correct attribution for each of the channels should start with the following tracking codes:Paid Social → psOrganic Social → osPaid Search → semDisplay → dsEmail → mlQR Code → qrAs shown in Image 1, the attribution is failing, and we’d like to understand why.I hope you can help me with this.  

Hello everyone, Has anyone used adobe's app measurement "s" variable and mapped it to the "_data" variable in WebSDK ? I have successfully done the above part using the method Rajdeepsingh posted https://medium.com/@rajd33p/web-sdk-for-adobe-analytics-the-best-possible-way-to-collect-data-6a54a965fe54 , however now I would like to send this to to AEP through a datastream so that I can eventually use it in CJA. I do not want to use the Adobe analytics experience event template schema, rather want to use something custom schema but wasnt sure how the product string and other variables would be designed. Has anyone successfully implemented anything of this sort ? Any suggestions will be appreciated.Thanks

Hi, We are working on an app using the latest AEP Mobile SDK ReactNative with Edge Bridge extension. The appendVisitorInfoForURL API is used for visitor persistence between the mobile app and the web view. In iOS, the API call always return “timeout error” (Android is working fine). Anyone has encountered the same issue and is there any way to work around it? Thanks,John 

I was wondering that in the Lead Velocity Dashboard in Marketo Measure, how are we calculating the velocity for each stage as I do not see a specific datetime field for each stage. Also, there are multiple fields in the same stage so just using the last modified date wont work as it keeps on updating. I was wondering if there is any other way to do so? Thank you so much 🙂

I've checked in several different company logins, and they're all showing "(unknown version)" in the Browsers Report for what I assume are the latest releases of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Assuming that report requires some sort of backend mapping of user-agent strings to simplified browser/versions view, it looks like that process might have broken. Is anyone else seeing this issue? I've searched the forums and haven't found mention of it.

When working on a report, the performance of all the actions I attempt is slow. For instance, after adding a 'DIMENSION,' there's a 2-second delay before it pops up, and the same applies to any other 'METRICS.' Even when successfully adding them to the report, modifications take 5 to 10 seconds to register. The most frustrating part is that even scrolling up and down incurs a delay of a few seconds. I've searched various forums for similar issues but haven't found any helpful solutions. I've tried some remedies, such as changing browsers (I use Chrome) and deleting cookies, but the problem persists. Please help as soon as possible, as I'm unable to work on any projects as a digital analyst. 

Hi Team,   We are already passing unique event ID for the scOpen event. but now our Mobile App and  Front End Team has recommended to pass the hex characters to be used as the eventID so that web and mobile app generates  the same number for eventID. They have given us the code to generate the uniqueEventId in form of hex characters. I see in beacon it is coming as empty :    Any suggestion in this regard will be helpful.

Main Goal:Determine how many visitors are viewing products, carting products, and purchasing products of each of our major shopping categories. Display this info as a fallout chart. All steps should be EVENTUAL PATH.  I'm trying to see visitor fallout rates over the following actions, according to shopping category. (Beauty, Jewelry, Electronics, etc.) The numbers in () are strictly for example, but close to what I'd expect based on our business' history. We'll also use the Electronics category for instance. Electronics Page & Product Storefront Visitors (100%)Visitors that viewed an Electronics Product Page (90%)Visitors that added an Electronics Item to their cart (25%)Visitors that purchased an Electronics item ( 8%) Originally, I tried creating a segment for each of the above steps, by Category. Hi, I am currently trying to set-up some basic web tracking with the server-side forwarding and the AEP Web SDK. Following the documentation I managed to create a schema, a Datastream and a Dataset, however I am now faced with an issue where AEP Web SDK Extension in Data Collection doesn't let me create the XDM Object Data Element to map the variables to my schema. After selecting the XDM Object type in the Data Element interface I am presented with the following error:An error occurred.Failed to load schema metadata. An unexpected server response was received. My Schema uses the default XDM ExperienceEvent class with the Adobe Analytics ExperienceEvent Template Field Group. When I download the schema metadata there seems to be nothing wrong, however the extension can't pull it through for some reason.Has anyone run into similar problem?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I have many workspaces created for individual report validation during a project. I would like to move them all to a single folder. But, it turns out that when I select a RS and choose the 'Move to' button on the action bar, and select the target folder, the workspace is copied, not moved. Further, I observe that if I make an update to the workspace that has been copied into the new folder, that update also is recorded on the copy of the workspace that is still in the 'Projects' top-level folder. IOW, the two copies are linked in some way. Maybe, the copy in the folder is just a symlink to the original? I don't know. 😕😕  This idea of 'move to' as an alias for 'copy to' leaves me dumbfounded. Do the logical conditions in Launch Regular or Exception allows DOM ready rules to exclude subdomains from main domain for rule firing? for example, my domain and subdomain have the same Adobe Launch environment code. And, I have one DOM-ready rule that I want to fire only for the main domain https://www.abba.com .. Can I exclude this DOM rule from firing on my subdomain https://qwert.abba.com like below (considering both domain and sub-domain has the same Adobe launch code on them):  Thanks

Does anyone know why the default "Days Since Last Visit" dimension by visits do not add up to match the total visits? As shown in the screenshot above, the default "Days Since last Visit" visits is 949,764 out of 1,643,948 - not matching, why is that?  Whereas when custom track "Days Since Last Visit" using the plugin s.getTimSinceLastVisit() to an eVar the visits count are almost adding up to match the total visits. I am hoping to use the default Adobe 'Days Since last visit" dimension for reporting, however if there is no good reason why the visit count numbers aren't matching, I may need to rely to the custom tracked eVar.

Hi all, can someone give me the official definition of what "Campaign Click-throughs" are and how they are counted? Just because it does not seem to be properly described anywhere, not in Analysis Workspace nor Adobe's documentation (hello, Adobe!?).   My best bet would be that this metric represents/replaced "Tracking Code" Instances (Campaign)? But why don't you just call it "Tracking Code Instances" anymore then and instead give it a cryptic name and forget to it write down anywhere?   On top of that, I assume the value as such is counting the actual occurrences and is not deduplicated, correct? We use the getValueOnce plugin, so I would not care much.   But maybe as a community group effort, we could draft something and send it to Adobe to please update their docs xD

I have few sister websites from our main website. If I look at the Marketing Channels I can't see the Referrer Domains if I use for instance Marketing Channel Detail or Referring Domain. koffiexp.com is our main website and I want to see how many visitors were from our sister website top-x.nl when they converted. What dimension do I use to see the referrers within Internal in Workspace?

I wanted to identify the total visitors to the site, which would include both unique and repeat visitors. AA only has a metric for unique visitors, which provides the number of unique visitors. Is there a way to identify all visitors, including both unique and repeat visitors, using a single metric?
