Warning for panel deletion

Description -

It is so easy when expanding a panel to accidentally click on the x and delate it!

How would you like the feature to work -

Please add a warning popup when the x is hit.

Current Behaviour -

It deletes the entire panel and you have to press Ctrl-Z to undo.
