I need help with Adobe Analytics alerts. I have several alerts configured, but we are receiving many unnecessary alerts.I would like to know if we can currently configure the following scenario:For metrics related to revenue from the purchase flow, I would analyze the revenue trend. For example: If my revenue varies more than 20% in relation to D-7 revenue, I would receive the alert.

I want to calculate Daily Active Users on my website, and the definition of Daily Active Users is "Users who were active on more than 15 days in a month". There is no variable already defined to calculate Number of Active Days by a users. How to carry out the requirement in Adobe Workspace.

Hi, I have doubts about the bounce rate and its formula. It is currently defined as Bounces (visits containing exactly one hit) divided by Entries (number of times a given dimension item is captured as the first value in a visit).On a website I am analyzing, I see that since February of this year, we went from an average of 10% to 30% without any clear explanation (no changes in tagging, no cookie modifications, no increase in traffic), so I want to know if changes have been made in the formula, specifically in the Bounces which is the metric that is increasing.Also, when the page loads, 2 hits are received: one click and one page view. In this case, shouldn't the bounce rate decrease, or is it only considered for page view hits?Thanks

I have an alert that the daily visits were 35% above expected - how does adobe calculate the "expected" value (and thus are able to calculate the % above/below)?  

Is anyone else seeing a jump in visits from a possible bot? In one week, we jumped from 2 million to 3 million visits, which is unusual outside of November.These million visits have no referring domain, multiple user agents, multiple IP addresses, no corresponding orders and most of them bounce after the first page. Almost all are mobile devices but not a specific browser, device, or operating system. It's not tied to a specific geo-location. We know it's bogus, but we can't block it in our usual ways. Does anyone have any other ideas of how to identify and block this traffic?

Hi I'm using an Activity Map Link report in Workspace.  I'm trying to see clicks on 1 specific page.  However is it true that Activity Map Link are eVars which mean they persist? If so some of the clicks picked up in the report might be from other pages? Thanks

Hi All,On a specific page, there are several download file buttons. When a user clicks on any of these buttons, an Adobe Analytics download click is triggered. Please find the attached screenshot, which includes the event and eVar details.Typically, I use eVar7 (Download File Name) as a dimension and event4 as a metric for analysis. Is this the best approach to understand this event in the report, or are there any alternative methods that could make the report more impactful for the client? Your guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Our team does A/B testing rigorously. I am from reporting side and for the initial reporting for every A/B test, we have a adobe dashboard explaining the results with KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, lift and few down stream metrics for each version. Typically, we have 2-4 versions for very test - one control and 3 variants. I want to add statistical significance in each dashboard. I'm encountering an error: "Failed to load schema metadata. An unexpected server response was received" while creating an XDM object. Below is a screenshot of the error.This issue arises only when selecting 'XDM Object' and 'Variable' from the 'Data Element Type' dropdown.I have created XDM objects in this Tag property before, but I have been facing this issue for the last few days. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

My team runs campaigns through adobe target and I tend to do reporting on the campaigns performance.  Question Context:There are 3 campaigns and i created a segment for each campaign which I am gonna use in the rows in a freeform table. Each campaign has a redirect id that gets populated into a prop variable if only impression happens and the same redirect id gets populated into a evar variable if the user clicks on the campaign CTA. I measure unique visitors and impressions for the hits using prop variable. And I measure the down stream metrics - app starts(event 123) and app submits(event 234) using the evar variable. Segments for the 3 campaigns are built in the below fashion: (Hit level Segments)Campaign 1 - (prop 34 contains OPA_72464) or (Evar 1 = OPA_72464)Campaign 2 - (prop 34 contains OPA_72465) or (Evar 1 = OPA_72465)Campaign 3 - (prop 34 contains OPA_72466) or (Evar 1 = OPA_72466) OPA_72464, OPA_72465, OPA_72466 are ids given

Hi, I want to know for our Google Ads Paid Search Campaign, what percent is Google Search, Search Partners, and Google Display Network. Remember, this is strictly for a Search Campaign and Search Ad. We current use ?cid= to be able to identify the paid search ad off the raw url on the landing page. We don't adjust the CID for each network though. Is there a way to do this? For example, do I need to look at referring domain? Is "syndicatedsearch.goog" search partners? Is "doubleclick.net" Google Display Network? Is "adsensecustomsearchads.com" a true Google Paid Search? Can anybody help with this? There are like hundreds of different referring domains for our CID referral to the Google Paid Search Ad/Campaign and we have no idea if this possible. Does anybody have knowledge/experience with this? Thanks!

I have created 3 segments related to 3 products like below: Segment 1: (Hit Level) product id = P1234Segment 2: (Hit Level) product id = P2345Segment 3: (Hit Level) product id = P3456 I want to know the impressions of these 3 products which is captured by event 317. So I dropped in the 3 segments in the rows of a freeform table and event 317 in the column. Now I want toa. exclude the hits where evar 1 = P1234 for segment 1b. exclude the hits where evar 1 = P2345 for segment 2c. exclude the hits where evar 1 = P3456 for segment 3 Can I create a single segment to exclude the hits based on the above conditions and use it on top of the event 317 in the freeform table? is there a way to implement this logic in adobe analytics? (Real scenario is different; this is a cooked up example to understand the solution;)

I would like to know how I can represent a biweekly analysis within Adobe Analytics. My issue is that I do not know how to represent Q1 (the first 15 days of the month) and Q2 (the following days of the month) in my analytics report.

Hi Team, Asking this query, out of my curiosity.I was checking the integration between AEM application with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics.DevOps team will create script in Launch, then that script is used in AEM application. So that, every time when page loads, Adobe launch script will execute and it will pass the data to Analytics. Wanted to know, where this Adobe Launch script is placed? is it in Akamai CDN?I am new to Adobe Analytics. While reading the study material, I heard about placement of Adobe Launch script in some CDN.   

Hi Team,I am trying to work on one of the reports, where we are using a dimension, ALL VISIT segment against the metric Visits. Also im using few segments along with the all visit dimension. So when we combine all this segments it should be equal to the all visit dimension.Example : ALL VISIT is a standard segment from Adobe. Segment 1 to segment 10 are different segments that have a count of certain visitors. when we sum up all these segments, it is greater that the all visit count.NOTE: In all this 10 segments there are no duplicates.So when i combine all this segments from 1 to 10 it should be equal to all visits, instead it is more than ALL VISITS. Can i know what could be the different scenarios of this visits mismatch.  

I'm re-querying the existing job w/ destination being GCP bucket, but for some reason it says "Error - Failure To Send" and the email notification received tells the below error. Could someone help what does this err mean and how we could tackle it?  As an alternate when I tried emailing the report myself, the email notification stated FILE TOO LARGE for email. Wonder what the above err means!  @jennifer_dungan
