Hi, I had an existing connection where I added a dataset with backfill. After backfill I see correct no. of records at connection level. But when I utilize the attributes in a canvas I see the total count of event different from what I see using query service. Any suggestions, help is highly appreciated

Hello everyone, I want to know if it's possible to know what specific metrics are taken into consideration to build the server call graphic. I´ve been reading some of yall questions in here and some of you say that the ocurrences metric can give us a close number of server calls but is there any way that I can know specific dimensions that are part of that ocurrences metric. For example, pages with page views, interactions with page interactions, etc. All of this because my team is working on reducing the server calls we currently have and for this we need to know which dimensions we have to look at. Hi,  I have some questions in regards to marketing channel with organic search.  When we are looking into traffic by Organic Search, we are seeing the top 5 landing page from this channel includes our paid media landing page (url example: www.domain.com/lp/ppc/test?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=xxxxxx). I have confirmed that this landing page is not indexed on google as visitors won't be able to access it via google search, and this link is distributed on paid media platforms only.  However, when I break down the "organic channel" category, I'm seeing the the paid media LP showing up with high traffic volume. I can't seem to figure out what could be the cause of it as I'm pretty confident that our rule for paid search (priority 1 in processing rules) should capture that. Could anyone please help explain what might be the cause to this? Thank you in advance!  

Hey Everyone, Stumbled upon a specific rule that was firing even when disabled in launch. I looked at the buildInfo and see that turbineBuildDate was last updated in 8/2024.I am struggling to find a way updating the turbineBuildDate which is around 6+ months behind the buildDate.Any leads would be really helpful. Hi everyone,I recently started leading the Paid Ads at a new agency and inherited an account in the midst of transitioning from GA to Adobe Analytics. Initially tried leveraging Google's UTM auto-tagging, but nothing was populating in Adobe; we hardcoded the UTMs to the ad URLs and finally had data populating in Adobe.If the hard-coded UTMs are set up properly, the only idea I have is whether there is an issue with landing page code, which may take this in a different direction. That's because the company was moving away from conversion tracking, and I know they were looking to use eVars, so I'm not sure if having no landing page code could cause this? From our conversations with the company's IT/webmaster, it sounded like they were trying to use Adobe and eVars to avoid having to add tracking code in order to be compliant.CURRENT ISSUEThe problem now is that the ad URLs with the UTM parameters are coming up as referrals and not counting as pageviews.  I found that CJA APIs don't have audience export functionality, but AEP has an API for exporting audiences. Do I need a CDP subscription to access this API? If not, what are the relevant APIs to share an audience from CJA to Adobe Target?

Hi, We have our mobile app migrated to AEP Mobile SDK (React Native, using Edge Bridge extension as it is required to keep the trackState/Action calls), it was using an old SDK native with Analytics Extension before migration.  As far as I know, Page Events metric is comprised of Custom Links+Exit Links+Download Links, and they always match in the past, but since the SDK migration, number of Page Events is much higher than Custom Links+Exit Links+Download Links, it's about double and sometimes even more. We have no idea what is adding to the Page Events, would like to see if anyone have experience on this situation. Thanks,John

Can we add 2 Adobe Launch scripts in the source code our devs are asking with Analytics they are not able to process them when needed in the timing of the different tags, pixels, target. They are suggesting using async calls and AA calls in one instance library and all marketing tools, pixels, tags, etc in another. They ran a page speed report and looked at how timing is affecting and they want to improve the load time. What would be a good explanation to give them to use 1 launch script only?

Is it possible when a user opens a lightbox that a pageview can be fired from that event? Sounds like a simple question but it would be interesting functionality to enable to see if our lightboxes and pages within those are being viewed or not.

I'm experiencing two issues with a daily data feed export from a global report suite in Adobe Analytics, where I utilize "post_evars" for filtering and querying:Multiple URLs with a post evar for the server value: Filtering by the server's name ("post_server" in the data feed) to isolate data for a specific website is unexpectedly yielding results from other servers. What could explain this behavior, and is there a resolution?Multiple Countries Assigned to Domain Pages: Despite observing correct country mapping in the data layer, the domain pages are being assigned multiple countries. How do you change the default report suite for all users?

Our ecommerce website is getting substantial reports in dataDog logs (831 in the past day) for:ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): Error: Identity cookie not found.and ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): TypeError: [alloy] [DataCollector] An error occurred while executing the sendEvent command. It does not happen for everyone.Seems to be an issue loading in the adobe launch script or the actual sendEvent - would placing it an async block and adding try catch around the sendEvent call hide / fix the issue?. 

For our current client, we have an Adobe Analytics client-side implementation using Web SDK for web. However, we want to migrate from a client-side to a server-side implementation.What level of changes will be required? Hello, we are using Activity Map, and when clicking on a CTA, we want it to capture the href value of the link rather than the button's name. We have employed a dataElement with the Activity Map customizer extension, but it retrieves the entire URL, and we need to exclude parameters from the button's URL. Is it possible to achieve this? Thank you. 

Looking at the Device Name (SDK)  variable in a Mobile App suite, I see a pretty high occurrence of just "iPhone" and then a bunch of instances of "<Person's First Name>'s iPhone," in addition to the expected Device-Model, as in "iPhone 11,2". This is only happening in one of our mobile app report suites, so it isn't an iphone-to-adobe issue. While the deviceName (SDK) is wrong, we also have a value DeviceName coming through, which contains the correct value ("iPhone12,1" etc) even if deviceName SDK is wrong.  Is there a way to tell the SDK to always grab DeviceName ("iPhone 12,1") instead of deviceName  of "Derek's iPhone"? I was hopeful we could tell Processing Rules to just grab DeviceName  but it doesn't appear that's possible. 

Hi All,I wanted to understand if I send same field value in two different objects in and array with each of these objects containing other different fields, how does CJA interpret this data.For example, if I sent an event to AEP which had an array field populated as below with a product id information, { "products": [ { "id": "prodID123", "count": 5, "type": "new" }, { "id": "prodID123", "count": 3, "type": "old" } ] } How will this data be reported in AEP/CJA?I'm assuming products.count against products.id value "prodID123" will show as 8, is that correct?If I create a segment for events which had only one product in them, will this event qualify for it based on unique products.id value "prodID123" or will it not qualify because products field has two objects in it?If I create a segment for events where products.type value is "new" and used it to fetch products.id data,&
