Hello,    I'm looking to track customer journey within our website after a CTA is clicked. We know where a visitor is 'supposed' to go after clicking a CTA but the number of clicks vs visits to next page where we want the customers to go dont really match. So looking to see if there's a way to track where visitors are taken to after clicking on the CTA.   I've tried using the flow chart, to no avail (since we cant drop a segment as a touch point). TIA!

We are experiencing timeouts when trying to access the Datawarehouse feature of Omniture: specifically getting connection reset messages after 5 minutes of trying to connect to the API.

Hi Team, I understand that adobe has the list of social network where it should be treated. I am just still wondering why does the snap chat is not yet treated as social network in referrer type. Hi, we have a slight issue that i cant seem to figure out, after migrating our DTM property to Launch a week ago we see a big drop in Product Views. For example when running a fallout on visits with product view as eventual path we see that we have dropped from around 80% to 30% with the new tracking in place. Trending visits, product views and page views looks like this, product views go down but visits and page views follow each other.  I´m not really sure where to start looking, in the rule prodView is set in s.events, in the send beacon event it is set to s.tl() with a custom link, no change from the dtm rule.Any ideas? 

Hi, I want to create a drop-down filter for Page - where the user can search for and select a page to filter a panel. I don't want to have to drag in individual pages (there are many hundreds), I just want a list of all pages that the user can search through. Alternatively, is there any way to 'filter' filters? i.e. can I apply a segment to a drop-down filter so it only shows pages that meet certain criteria? Thanks,Adam

After adding floodlight parameters (src , type , cat , u1, u2 , u9 etc ) i am saving it to the library , but when i am back the order of parameters is changed . The iframe src is also getting changed . 2 . In the link provided , custom variables have some assigned values like u1=[url], u6=[monthly recurring charges] etc , in adobe launch how to assign values to them dynamically .

Hi, Suppose a visitor makes multiple visits to the platform. I want to capture what he/she did in the first 'n' visits. I tried building a sequential segment using Only Before Sequence, but I don't think it was correct. For example, if a visitor makes 6 visits, I want to capture the data of his/her first 2 visits only.  Visit Number would also not work directly as these visitors are mature visitors (please suggest if there is a way to do it also). Please let me know if there are ways to do it or if more details are required

Scenario:-We are trying to do visitor stitching in native app .We have to grab the mcid to session storage or the cookies(AMCV).As we are having separate URL which is having multiple redirects.We tried to implement adobe recommended way but its not working .So we need to override the website mcid over the mobile app.Do we have any possibilities to pass the value from native app to web container and store it to session storage or cookie(AMCV)?Can anyone please suggest me a solution for this issue?

Hi, For example I am doing an analysis on traffic across 20 countries. Currently our default timezone is set as EST. Is there a good and efficient way for me to do this analysis where 3 PM EST and 6 PM GMT will show up as 3 PM EST and 1 PM EST? I am trying to do this in Big Query or another SQL based environment (so not the UI). ThanksRishav

We're having an issue with Adobe Analytics 2.0. Some of our customer's access_token is getting refreshed everyday that means they've to authorize to Adobe Analytics daily. But we've cases where many customers are using the same token successfully which has not been refreshed in a week or so. We would like to know if there's an issue with the refreshing token behaves differently. Thanks

Hi,  I need help creating a filter or set-up that allows me to map old URLs to new URLs. The issue is every-time we change a URL it messes with Historic data.  Please See image attached - all of those pages are the same. I would like to set it up so that Adobe understands that a group of URLs are the same page, simply having an updated page name or URL string. My goal is to have more accurate YoY performance numbers.

This week I have worked with relatively big Workspace projects. Each panel contains about 15 visualizations including freeform tables. A few tables may display 50 or more rows. It's very often when the freeform tables can't be read as all or a part of rows do not show any data. Looks like a bug. Have you faced this? How often? Is there a trick to make the freeform table display data correctly? Nothing is displayed: Only part of data is displayed:  

Hi there, I would like to build a table like below on Workspace :  I'm mainly interested by the first scenario (Entry Page A Then Site exit). I know that on the Flow report we can easily create some sequential segments by right-clicking on some pages but if I do the same thing for the site exit element (red framed), it does not work.  So, I was wondering how we can do it with the Sequential segment methodology ? I tried building the following segmentbut did not return the same value that I'm seeing on the Flow report (visit level and repeat instances not included). Visit container :  Entry page = ABCD then within 1 hitPage does not exist Thank you for your help,

Hi, As I'm having product level admin access for launch/analytics. One of our user requesting me to provide API level admin access to their team users(but purpose to provide only for one website dev/test/global report suite's). I don't find any separate feature to provide API level access. All i'm able to create profile and provide the necessary access. (all I want to give specific report suite/property access). Is there anything specific things to be done for API level access? Thanks

How many report suites can be created in one company account? Is there any limit? I'm able to see on the top report suite creation > 1000 limit. Is that the same limit of creating the report suite?

Hi Team, I'm the product admin (analytics and launch) for two websites ( can call site A and site B) under one organisation account.Site A - already implemented everything and data is flowing under the workspace. All good.Site B - other team going to implement analytics solution. They asked us product admin to implement. We denied and created one profile for site B and provided the access. Under profile admin for that report suite and launch property alone.They asked API access as well to automate the data layer structure. I have added them under developer under the site B profile and given the access to API creation. They have created API process and I'm able see the API key email Id under the profile admin. Problem is >>Still they are saying if they want to limit the manual process to build the analytics solution they all need PRODUCT ADMIN to the email id where comes with some multiple alphanumeric values in the ends with techart.adobe.com email ID.Our admin (my team

I understand marketing channels and numbers behind tracking codes are not the same, even though the rules are in essence the same for a segment using the same rules and a marketing channel using the same rules.  When comparing to Google Analytics channel and segment with same rules for a session are the same.  For some reason Adobe has a different logic and the tracking rules expire after some time, even though marketing channel has changed. This gives an impression that for all paid activities using tracing code (segment built on them) gives much bigger numbers, reflecting better the impact of paid media. What are your thoughts on it? Basically for all main paid media channels a separate segment would give a better overview than marketing channels imho, yet raising the question what are the marketing channels useful for then?

Hi, Our hypothesis is that paid marketing channels by first-touch marketing channels have higher number of visitors, while paid marketing channels by last-touch marketing channel have lower number of visitors. To illustrate, if Visitor first intereacted with SEM-> dropped off-> Returns within 30 days via organic search, then first touch marketing channel is SEM and last touch marketing channel is Natural Search. However, we see a reverse trend than our hypothesis, i.e. paid marketing channels have a much lower visitors than non-paid marketing channels by first-touch dimension. May we know the rationale of this trend please?Also, may we know if marketing channels are attributed based on external campaign tracking codes? If the external campaign tracking codes are not implemented on all marketing channels, will we be seeing an incorrect picture for marketing channel?  What is the differences between external campaign tracking codes and marketing channels? Is there a functionality to track videos being played one after another in Adobe Analytics for mp4 extension. This functionality is same as of YouTube where videos are automatically played if the autoplay function is ON. But I am not sure how it works in mp4.
