Hello,  We need to filter out traffic on our site as internal if Employees are visiting site.What will be the best way out in CJA. In Analytics, we had ability to filter out based on IP address using processing rules.   

Hi,I want to create a Dimension for Entry Page.I have created a derived field, but it seems wrong, and I cannot see a Function that lets me just say "If this, then that". No else. For example, I want the field to be the Page Name of the first page on the website visited. Then I can have a field in the table of another Dimension, or a filter, and see what the Entry Pages are.I am getting alot of No Value, which doesn't make sense. Every website visit has an entry page.I have attached screenshots, sorry I have blanked out page name, because i want to keep the website anonymous. But the idea is that I can use it as a breakdown, so I can cross reference if X is the page/s I am interested in, what was the First page on the site they visited that got them there? 

Hi -I don’t have developer access to Adobe Developer Console, but I need to confirm which Adobe Analytics API version our organization is currently using.Is there a way for non‑developers to check this, or what steps should I ask someone with developer access to follow so they can verify the API version for me?Thanks!

In our marketing channel set up we saw a spike in traffic coming into our Direct Channel. In the marketing channel detail it is all going into None, where the rule is set to show what page it is on. We have no changed anything on our end and am wondering why this is happening. We have had this rule running for years and now we are facing this issue.   

Team,Due to front end issue(uncovered via CXM tool), for a few of our customers, just the order screen payload wasn’t dispatched, but it was success per back end system records. So, Adobe Analytics has scAdd,scView,scCheckout, custom event(billing info & order review), just s.purchase missing.  Given s.Purchase missing no s.TransactionID too, and data source option is ruled out.Now, I have those ECID & customer ID(evarX) for very sessions, via Bulk Data insertion API, can I do one ingestion for all those? and will I be able to normal report as if payloads came from browser or there any considerations to be aware of? I have converted a legacy report builder into new report builder and have found that there is no way to show in the excel which is scheduled to email what segments have been applied to the data block. Displaying of the filter and report suite name are also not available. My excel has a number of brands and this was a sense check that data was being pulled. Please think about adding this back in.

 Hello- I have a list of 12 campaigns that a marketer is looking to get some metrics for within CJA. Looking across all 12 campaigns: People who didn’t open any email the selected campaigns  People who opened only 1 email during the past 12 months People who had 2 or more opens during the past 12 months We have a unique email open metric that de-dupes at the person level and we keep the first instance based on the delivery label. How do I look across multiple campaigns to see if someone only opened one or two? 

Hi Team,We are working with a SharePoint website and have encountered an issue where Adobe Analytics scripts are being blocked by the Content Security Policy (CSP). Although we have already whitelisted the Adobe script, the browser console still shows an error indicating a CSP violation.Has anyone faced a similar issue, and could you advise on how to resolve this? Any guidance on proper configuration or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hello, We are currently using the Adobe WeChat SDK for tracking our Mini Program and doing reporting in AA. The business users are planning to deploy AEP/AJO/CJA and so we are working on the migration options.  The recommendations from Adobe is to keep using the existing SDK for WeChat and keep AA as the data route to send data to AEP, while web sites and mobile apps can use the latest AEP Web/Mobile SDK to send data directly to AEP. This “hybrid” architecture seems very complicated and not easy to maintain, so would like to see if anyone have solution to this migration scenario? Cheers,Tony

Recently, Adobe Analytics workspace seems to have implemented “lazy loading” so data points only show when I am looking at them on screen, and need to reload as I scroll up or down. How can I turn this OFF? I need to be able to search the report quickly using the web browser’s Find function, but with Lazy Loading, this is impossible for hundreds of rows. Exporting the report to PDF is not an option as I use the hover function to manually view URLs that are too long for the table, and I manually add URL rows when I am assessing the tracking data. This seems like something that Adobe DID NOT need to fix, at least in my use case… How can I turn off Lazy Loading, or ensure that all rows of the workspace are loaded at once?

Running into an intermittent issue with Adobe Analytics click tracking in Safari I'm using Adobe Launch (_satellite) for analytics tracking, and when users click a button that triggers a page refresh/navigation, the analytics hits aren't consistently being recorded in Safari.The issue is intermittent, which makes it particularly tricky to debug.I added the 100ms timeout specifically for Safari click tracking issues, but the problem persists intermittently. The_satellite library is available and loading fine The issue seems to be that the analytics tracking beacon doesn't complete before the page refreshes 100ms timeout isn't consistently reliable Any Safari-specific considerations I should be aware of?

Hello everyone,We are implementing Adobe Reporting API 2.0, since version 1.4 will be deprecated in August 2026. During implementation, we encountered a limitation in the API design that affects our use case.In Reporting API 2.0, data retrieval is based on dimensions (descriptive attributes such as customer ID, date, page) and metrics (calculated measures such as pageviews and visits). The API always returns aggregated results based on the dimensions provided.Our requirement is to ingest historical data at the lowest possible granularity (near event-level) and/or perform daily loads. To achieve this, we would need to include multiple dimensions (e.g., date, customer ID, page). However, the API processes breakdowns by sending separate requests for each combination of dimensions if we want all dimensions and metrics in a single table.Example: 50 days 30 customers 10 pages This would result in 50 × 30 × 10 = 15,000 API requests.Given this structure, the API appears not scalable for hi

However, since March 7, we have been unable to connect to the Adobe server and retrieve files from the ftp2.omniture.com host.This is a critical job for us as it is used to obtain daily data from Adobe, and the issue is currently impacting our client data as well.We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue on an urgent basis. Thank youShubham

I applied for the Adobe AD0-E608 exam on 13th March and later rescheduled it to 15th March. I received an email from Adobe confirming that the exam has been successfully rescheduled. However, I am unable to pay the $5 rescheduling fee.In the Purchases section, it shows that there is an amount payable, but there is no option available to complete the payment. I also have not received any email with instructions or a link to pay the due amount.

Classification rules are now available in classification sets.I created a new classification set and added a rule with a regex and I wonder if any of you can shed some light on the following observations.According to the status, my new rule was directly activated without me explicitly activating it. Even after deactivating and saving, it reverts back to active. Testing the new rule gives me error messages. First it says “You have unsaved changes to your rules. Please save your changes and try again.”, although I saved it and did not change anything. After clicking on “Save rules” (again) and clicking on “Test rule set” it unhelpfully says  “Failed to test ruleset. Please try again.”Are there known problems with saving/testing rules?

The rule is configured with:Event: OneTrustGroupsUpdated Action: Send BeaconHowever, I consistently receive the following error: Failed to execute "Send Beacon" for "Adobe : Page Rule" rule. A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Error: A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Since the rule only has the event and the beacon action, I’m unsure why it’s timing out.Has anyone else faced this issue, or do you know what could cause the beacon to exceed the 5-second limit? Any guidance on troubleshooting or optimizing this setup would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance! 

We use Tealium as our CDP where Adobe Analytics tags and third‑party tags are implemented. One of our site environments experienced a Content Security Policy (CSP) issue that prevented the Tealium header and associated scripts from loading properly, which blocked analytics and third‑party tag requests from firing in the browser.After resolving the CSP in the current month, when we reviewed Adobe Analytics data from November through February, we noticed that only the 10th of each month (and March) shows significant data. Can anyone please explain the cause of this pattern.

Hey there!After implementing the Web SDK guided events, CJA reporting and setup are impacted by decisioning.propositionFetch events. We currently have to exclude this event type via segments to align CJA with AA, but doing so breaks Session Starts and our Internal Domains logic. Impact in CJA (we are using raw AEP data, no Adobe Analytics Source Connector): Sessions / Page Views / Session Starts  With an event-level exclusion segment (eventType = decisioning.propositionFetch):  Sessions ≈ AA Visits  Page Views ≈ AA Page Views  Session Starts much lower than AA Entries  Without the exclusion segment:  Sessions and Session Starts are higher than AA  Page Views still align with AA  At a dimension level (e.g., Canonical URL, Marketing Channel), we sometimes see Sessions > Page Views, which should not occur  Root cause: decisioning.propositionFetch fires first, so CJA treats it as the session-start event. Excluding it via segment
