Hoping someone can please help me. I am a business user in Workfront and my homepage started presenting me with an error message so I cannot see any of my messages. This is making it very difficult to track open tasks/comments. I reached out to Sally's and they are not having the same issue and advised I need to reach out here to help fix.

Hi, have you tried clearing your cache (you'd be surprised how that can impact things you wouldn't think it would in WF) or used a different browser to see if getting the same experience in both browsers? If you're still experiencing this, I suggest you submit a support ticket, but I know these will likely be the first couple things they'll have you check, so you may as well try these first (and include in your support ticket that you've done these things if still not working).

Me and my team also facing this issue not only on homepage but on multiple workfront screens. 

Weirdly, one(maybe couple) browser window refresh works for us every time.
