Workfront Fusion Watch Record

Hi WF Community, I would like to know why this module supposed to be start a scenario whenever there's an update or new record created in Workfront, but this module keeps on running every 5 minutes (based on my schedule),, even though there's no update or new record in Workfront. Is this a bug? or am I just missing something in my settings? If you have experience with this, would you know how to prevent it?

Hello A_EN,

there are 3 different trigger modules under the Workfront App in Fusion.

  • Watch Events
  • Watch Field
  • Watch Record

The Watch Events module is the only one, which can start your scenario instantly, as it requires to create a specific webhook. This webhook is triggered by the Event Subscription API.

The other two modules require, that you create a scenario schedule.

Lars

Hi @lgaertner , good day. Appreciate your response. For some reason, the trigger is now working on what I'm expecting it to do.
