1. How do you search questions that have already been asked on this forum? I want to know if anyone has created a public Slack channel for quick admin questions and support.

Along the top of the page here, there's a Search box with a dropdown next to it where you can search Community, Documentation, etc.
The community here is generally pretty quick with other admins answering questions. For Workfront support, submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get support involved with your question.
