2. Does anyone know of a customer-to-customer Workfront Slack resource? Or have any pointers on how to use this one?
Along the top of the page here, there's a Search box with a dropdown next to it where you can search Community, Documentation, etc.
The community here is generally pretty quick with other admins answering questions. For Workfront support, submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get support involved with your question.
