Workfront and AEM integration gives SERVER_ERROR

Hi,
We have a AEM Workfront connector in place that works for our AEM QA environment. But for the same workfront instance, when we try to use it for the AEM DEV environment we get a SERVER_ERROR. When we try to add assets in Workfront using the "Add new" option and choose the AEM DEV connection, this issue is faced. On the AEM end the connection shows that Workfront has been connected successfully using the API key.
Any help would be quite appreciated as we have been long trying hard to resolve this issue.

I recommend submitting a support ticket so they can actually get in your instance, check out the connection setup, etc.
