Why can't I see the New Portfolio tab?

I can't see the New Portfolio tab. How do I get one? I have Admin access but can't figure out how. Thanks for answering such a simple question!

that's strange...if you have full system admin access you should see everything. Do you see the Export, Filter, View and Grouping options when you are in Portfolios? screenshot

Hi - I'd check the layout template to make sure it has the Portfolio tab on it. Even though a person is Sysadmin, they still only see what is allowed by the Layout Template. Eric

Yes I do have those, just not the New Portfolio.

it looks like you're looking at a report or dashboard and not the menu option. When you click on "Projects" in the top menu bar, do you see a page that shows Projects, Portfolios, and More as tabs?
