Where and what is the process to be part of Workfront SME Club?

To be part of SME club, below were the requirements mentioned on the protal.

Requirements to join and maintain your status:

• Must have an active certification in an Experience Cloud application
• Current signed NDA (annually)
• Complete two online training tutorials in writing questions (required for exam projects)

Can someone help me with the details? how & where to get the signed NDA? Where can i find the online training tutorials in writing questions?
