When I cloned the request I'm not able to edit that request. Its only have View Access.

Hi,
I'm assuming you refer to "copy" action since "clone" is not a term used in Workfront.

As per documentation:

PermissionsRemoves the entities that the issue is shared with.


Permissions is optional parameter that can be modified during copy process:

So when you keep permissions "selected" it should be fine, access rights are carried over to the new issue
