The response I received from support is below:
I immediately pulled up the details that you provided to me and from what I can see this is an issue of display scaling more than anything and there isn't going to be much that we can do to change how that is displayed because it is also going to change between different resolutions of monitors.
For example, in your screenshot 67% displays perfectly and 100% is displaying a bit of edge-tearing normal for upscaling an image.
Whereas on my screen if I go to 67% I get edge-tearing because of down-scaling the image, and 100% looks perfect for me. If I go to 150% then I get the scale that you display in your 100% screenshot, because I use a much larger monitor.
