Hi, Some of our projects include posting content to our LMS system as the final step. Once posted, we move the project status to complete for reporting purposes. However, long after the project is posted (and complete) we need to remove the content based on an expiration date that the requester provides on the request form. To accomplish we've created a separate project just for the removal of expired courses. We would like to be able to bring the project names in to the task somehow so the project owner does not need to key it in themselves each time. Is there a way to do this? If not is there a better method to handle this type of thing? As mentioned, keeping the project in planning, in progress, or on hold is not an option because we have reports created that go off of the completed status. Thank you in advance for your thoughts!
