Utilization tab: "Other Hours"

Hi Community,

We have this one resource on all the tasks this project (see screenshot 1 below), but when I look at the Utilization tab, I’m seeing this one resource pulling in two different places as shown in screenshot 2 below.

Why is this resource showing up under the “Other Hours” section? How can this be removed?
