Uploading Large Documents (Greater Than 1GB)

Hello Community, When large documents are uploaded, do I need to keep the browser session open and DO NOT navigate to another section of Workfront in order to have the upload process successfully completed? Here are the steps - 1. Initiate document upload; large document, e.g. greater than 1GB 2. Navigate to another section of Workfront 3. Checked back for the file upload completion 4. The document hasn't been uploaded successfully. Any thoughts? Best, +Pavlin Pavlin Panayotov Littelfuse, Inc.

I would assume that you shouldn't navigate away whilst the document is uploading. Having said that, 1GB is a huge file and I'd be surprised if Workfront (or a web browser) would even handle that upload. Perhaps others know what the file size limit is. David Cornwell Pentana Solutions

It's been a few years since I asked, but last I heard the limit was 2 GB. Adina Pierce Cisco

I have been using Workfront to share files as large as 3-4GB (zip file) so I don't think there's anymore 2GB limit. Recently the upload has been slow. But size was never really an issue (speed was). Hope this helps. Suparman Widjaja Verizon In House Agency 140
