Updates Feed Cluttered

Avatar

Hi - our team was going to use his for meeting notes yet it literally shows every time someone puts time to a task which makes it extremely cluttered and shows information no one other than our finance team needs to see at a higher level. Are there options to select what you want to appear in the updates feed to ensure key information does not get lost? Sent from my iPhone

Hi Whitney, Turning off Show System Updates is a quick way to filter out the update "noise" so you can see the important communication about the project. Mike Hoffman Capital BlueCross

In the Updates section, on the top right-hand side, there is the following… If you disable this, it will hide those system updates, like when someone logged time to a task, when someone uploaded a document, when the project status changed, etc. It is 'sticky' so if you had disabled it on a project and then navigate to another project, it is still disabled (until you turn it back on again). Whitney - there is a toggle on the left side above the updates feed to Filter System Updates. Flip that switch and you'll no longer see the "Jody added 3 hours" and "Mikey deleted a task" type information. This toggle is sticky, so once a user clicks it, it'll stay clicked until he or she moves it back. Marty Gawry - CapabilitySource
