Hi Tony, Deactivated means that the user account is set to Is Active = False (and therefor, cannot be used to login). Unregistered means that the user account is ready to be used, but has not yet passed through the initial "Welcome! Please set your new password..." greeting. Fun Fact: if you are using the API with either, the API will fail to connect. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore

Hi Tony, You didn't state whether or not SSO is involved, so I'll just throw in a note about that. If you have SSO set up, having unregistered users doesn't really affect anything, as long as the users don't need to log in with native credentials. We had some users set up prior to kicking off SSO and had not yet logged in. They remained as unregistered until I generated a password reset. Whether they actually needed that password reset or not was irrelevant to the user because I didn't send a notification, to avoid confusion. That removed the unregistered status. Leigh Hasty

Thanks for your note, Leigh! We use SSO, but I've stared at a particular unregistered user for about a year now. I reset her password and voila! She is no longer unregistered 😄 Sheri Whitten
