Hi,
I have a timesheet report that is shared with management. We noticed that depending who runs the report, they don't see the same people. For example, when I run the report for 'this quarter', I see timesheets for 14 people. When one manager runs it, they get the same thing but then a different manager only sees 12 people. I have checked to make sure they don't have any different filter or view on. I didn't think there was permissions/sharing for timesheet profiles but maybe there are somewhere? Also, the 2 people that don't show are the system administrators.
Any ideas why the difference in the report or any permission that I am missing somewhere?
Thanks
Heather

Have you checked the settings for each person's access level? At the bottom, in the section called "Allow Administrative access for....", there is a check-box for "Timesheets and Hours":
This allows people to view ALL hours and timesheets in the system. Without this option, people will only be able to view hours on:
Another option may be to change the report settings to run with the access rights of one of the users who is seeing all of the data correctly.
