Time-Off Calendar

Hello All, If the Resource Manager on my team has a Planner License, is there anything I can do so that she will be able to adjust the Time-Off Calendars for other users? Our users don't reliably enter days on their Time-Off calendar, so we're having her do it. But she doesn't have access. Is this only for sys admins? Thanks, Lila Whitney Discover Financial Services

Under their access level, if you click on the 'cog' where you give them edit rights to users you can specify sys admin rights for that access level. You can edit the user edit settings for an access level I just tested this with one of my group admin users and she was able to add time off for a user that was in the group she's an admin of. Looks like you could give the resource manager access to add time off for all users too, not just those in their group. Kirsten Heikkinen Trek Bicycle Corporation
