Hello to my favorite people! If you haven't heard yet, I'm excited to share with you that the new "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/topics">Workfront Idea Exchange is officially live! Now you can go see all the feature ideas other users have submitted. You can follow ideas so you can be updated on their status. Authorized support contacts can upvote ideas, comment to add input, and even add ideas! If you aren't an authorized support contact and want an idea submitted, please have your authorized support contact add it to the Idea Exchange. Nate, I tried to vote, but could not. What am I doing wrong? I submitted feature requests prior to this going live. Should I re-create those feature requests here so they can be viewed by others and voted on?

Hi Nate, Loving the new idea exchange. Some feedback: I can't see any search feature with the idea exchange. This makes it difficult to know whether there is already a similar idea already submitted - especially if you're not sure which category it would be in. Can you get the idea description added to the list view so that you don't need to go into each one to understand what it's about? Sometimes the titles are not clear and you end up going in and out a lot. It would be nice if the system could change the colour of ideas which you have already voted for. Benetta - to vote, you have to click the up arrow next to the number of votes at the top-left of the idea. Regards, David

To those unable to vote or add an idea, As Nate mentioned, you will need to be an a uthorized support contact in order to upvote ideas and add ideas. If you aren't an authorized support contact and want an idea submitted, please have your authorized support contact add it to the Idea Exchange. If you are an authorized support contact but are running into these issues, please reach out to our Customer Care team so we can look into this or submit a ticket on your behalf.

You have to click on the link (highlighted blue). When it opens you will see the arrows to the left.

Hi Benetta, If you're still having problems with voting in the Idea Exchange, would you submit a ticket through "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us" Customer Care ? They can help you get squared away.

I submitted a few ideas yesterday but one of my posts says "Post is pending approval" and is not showing up in the feed, but my others are. Can you help me understand why?
