Task Approval Process

I'm currently trying to choose a pre-set task approval process that we have created but when I go to approvals on my task, the "use existing" is grayed out. I've recently used this so I'm not sure what I'm missing that is not allowing for my pre-set task approval processes not to show to pick from??

Interesting. And I'm sure this isn't the case, but the approval process isn't already on the task? Won't let you if it's already applied. If it's in the correct group, doesn't have it or another process already on it, is still considered an 'active' approval process and meets the criteria for the approval process to be applied to the task, then I'd submit a ticket to Support to see what they say - unless anyone else here has thoughts!

Hi, are you sure this specific project you're trying to use it in is a WF Group that the approval process is associated with? When creating approval processes, you indicate what Groups can use it or if available to all Groups.

Yes - the task approval process I've created is under a specific group and that project was already shared with that group.
