Subscription to What?

Have just discovered a recurring monthly payment of $29.99 labelled as Adobe Services coming from my PayPal account.

I use no Adobe products, nor have I done in the past 18 months. I cannot, for the life of me, find any way to contact Adobe online, nor is there apparently any account associated with the email address of my PayPal.

 

Besides the helpline (I cannot currently call as I am overseas), what recourse do I have? Is it even worth my time to attempt to get to the bottom of it/seek a refund?

Hi Will - this is a community thread and it isn't monitored by Adobe Customer support this type of stuff. There is a chat option available on the support website you can likely use.
