Show a collection of all users who have viewed the report or dashboard?

User Reports - So I have a Reports Viewed Last Month report which has a column for the "Last Viewed By" user name. Is there a way to get it to show a collection of all users who have viewed the report? And can you get the same information for a Dashboard? I'm not seeing any Last Viewed By field options
