Sharing documents and/or proofs with external users while using SSO

Do you have SSO set up? If so, do you share: Documents with users external to your company? How do you get this to work for these external users? Proofs with external users? Does this change the SSO requirement or user experience because the URL is different? We currently also have setup so we "Require external users to register with a password" so that we can track who has access and adds feedback to proofs. And what about when it's a brand new external user who has not registered? Our requesters are the ones who may opt to share documents with external users so we don't get to have any conversation with them before they try and ultimately fail to get into the system or see the proof. We have SSO and are using SAML 2. For our vendors or individuals that work remotely we were able to turn off SSO by going into the individual accounts and unchecking the "force use of SAML", then you'll need to give them the SSO bypass login which should be [your subdomain].my.workfront.com/login Cheers, Jeannie Hart Production Manager II, Creative Studio CAMBIA HEALTH SOLUTIONS 200 SW Market Street Portland, OR 97201 jeannie.hart@cambiahealth.com 503-225-4915 IMPORTANT NOTICE: This communication, including any attachment, contains information that may be confidential or privileged, and is intended solely for the entity or individual to whom it is addressed. Thanks @Jeannie Hart We do know about the /login direction. Our issue is this direction will never make it into the hands of an external user. They'll click the link in the email and receive an error message and that is likely where their attempt will end. External users are engaged by our requesters, who are many and are not dialed in to system quirks. Barbara Sedlack BMO Financial Group

Hello Barbara, all of our vendors have been able to loggin successfully through the bypass, but you have to uncheck the "Only Allow SAML 2.) Authentication" in each vendor/contractor's profile.
