Sharing a document outside of Workfront

Although it's supposed to be a feature, we have never had much success sharing a documents like source files or PDFs from Workfront to an outside party, like a vendor or a publication. I can select the document and go to the More dropdown and there is a Send option but it doesn't appear to be active. Anyone else have this issue? Mark Hahn SEI Investments Company

The 'send' option isn't to send an e-mail. It's to send to a document repository if you've integrated one with your instance. You can use the 'share' feature to share with someone already set up in Workfront. If they are not, you can use the 'approve' function to type in an e-mail address (doesn't need to be one already in Workfront).
