Hello! My agency uses a high level milestone task schedule with 5 phases. Because of this, when we utilize the People - Working On view we are not getting accurate hours on a daily or weekly basis as the system divides up the assigned hours over the time span of the milestone task. Is there a way to front load or back load time for certain resources within a task? IE If Jon is scheduled to work 15 hours over 15 days on the concepting phase, can I set WF so that that 10 of the hours are done within the first 5 days instead of the system showing he is working 1 hour per day on this task? Hi Amanda, You could use Workfront's User Allocations to manually shape such Tasks to accomplish the Front Load or Back Load behavior you seek, using "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/229054128-Managing-User-Allocations">https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/229054128-Managing-User-Allocations Another option (especially in your case ) would be use our UberCalc solution to automatically front load or back load tasks that match a certain filter (e.g. nightly).
