Reporting upon Unregistered Users

I was looking through the API Explorer and I couldn't find a field for unregistered users-does it exist? (It'd be useful so I can go and give a nudge to people who have not yet logged into the system.) -- John J. I guess you can use the API explorer for this but I would just run a user report and filter where login date is null and is active is true. Regards. Polly Co

Yeah I run one that filters on Login Dates older than 3 weeks ago. Login Date works great. Vic Alejandro, PMP, CSM | Senior IT Project Manager Denver Water | t: 303-628-7262 | c: 303-319-6473 Http://www.denverwater.org Sent via mobile phone

Hi John, While we're on the duh topic... Another tact that eventually occurred to me when trying to find API answers to "which property" questions like is to open two browser tabs, then search (with fields=*) for a "known" entity on the left (e.g. a User who HAS logged in and is active) and (with fields=*) for an "unknown" entity on the right (e.g. a User who has NOT yet logged in), and then examine the REST results, property by property, looking to spot-the-difference. Crude, but effective. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore Got Skills? Lend a hand! https://community.workfront.com/participate/unanswered-threads

Pah: Assembler ? I'm not THAT old, VIc. Why, I'll have you know that my first real coding job was in COBOL, which stand for the "common business oriented language". Mind you, they had us do it by hand... In, uhh, pencil... With carbon paper, too... BUT that was only so the extra copy could get couriered over to the data entry clerks... who would, umm... input it... into the... uhh... main... frame... Dang it. I am that old. Me too! Learned Assembler, but used it once. COBOL is where it's at Vic Alejandro, PMP, CSM | IT | Sr. IT Project Manager Denver Water | t: (303-628-7262) | c: (303-319-6473) "http://www.denverwater.org/"> http://www.denverwater.org INTEGRITY | VISION | PASSION | EXCELLENCE | RESPECT
