Reporting on Task Delays

I'm looking for ideas on how to get a report showing tasks that are delayed. For example, if I have a task with a planned due date of Feb 14 and a duration of 5 days, and the due date needs to get pushed to Feb 22, an increase of 6 days, I would change the duration of the task to 11 days. Is there a way I can get a report that shows me that there was a change from the original planned duration of 5 days to the actual duration of 11 days? Aimee O'Donnell MetLife

if you utilized the "baselines" feature, you would create a baseline once you were happy with a set of Planned completion dates. Then if something changed, you would compare your current planned completion date to your default baseline planned completion date and figure out the variance. It might end up looking something like this: "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217517647-View-Baseline-Variance-for-Duration-and-Planned-Work-in-a-Task-View" title="https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217517647-View-Baseline-Variance-for-Duration-and-Planned-Work-in-a-Task-View">https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217517647-View-Baseline-Variance-for-Duration-and-Pl... -skye
