I’m trying to post the message below but the system keeps erasing my message. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help is appreciated. Our team works off the original issues. We don't turn anything into projects. This limits my reporting view. Does anyone else work off issues? I need suggestions on creating specific reports. Total issues current & closed per year w/topic groups. Ideally, I'd like to select a date range. Weekly report that shows everything due that week with Queue Topic & Topic Group. We don't work off issues. My suggestion for total issues: Create an issue report, filter by status Closed, Current (not sure about how your statuses are set up) and then on your columns, go with queue topic :name and topic parent: topic group Text code: displayname= linkedname=queueTopic namekey=view.relatedcolumn namekeyargkey.0=queueTopic namekeyargkey.1=name querysort=queueTopic:name valuefield=queueTopic:name valueformat=HTML displayname= linkedname=direct namekey=queueTopic:parentTopicGroup:name querysort=queueTopic:parentTopicGroup:name textmode=true valuefield=queueTopic:parentTopicGroup:name valueformat=HTML Polly Co

As to your weekly report, you can copy the same report as above and then add a filter to see issue>>planned completion date eq this week. Polly Co

We've done this type of thing with our Helpdesk dashboards. I haven't used the Topic Groups, but it appears to be there so it wouldn't be too difficult. If you want you can contact me vic.alejandro@denverwater.org and we can do a screen share and walk through it.
