Report Column that shows the last update date on a project by a specific user

Hi everyone, I would like to be able to create a column that allows me to show the last date of a project being updated by a specific user - namely: me. I want to have an easy way to cycle through projects that might need updating or have not been checked by myself in the last month. The last update date column is useful, but it applies to any update made by anyone, and I'd like to make that user-specific. Is this possible? Thanks, Alex Mannings Studio Administrator - Nomensa

On a Project Report, applying this filter (along with any other specific filters you may want to use) should work. And, you can add any columns to the report that you need to like Last Update Date, etc. The $$USER.ID filters to only the user running the report. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

Thanks for your response, Terry! One snag - I'm looking to filter data out, I'm looking to keep the list of projects as is, but filter the 'Last Update Date' column so that the data (i.e. the date) only changes when I update the project. Does that make sense? Alex Mannings Studio Administrator - Nomensa

Hi Alex, I'm not sure about having it only change the date when you update it, but you can certainly change your filter to keep only projects that you updated last (or the opposite). You would just change the $$USERID to your ID. If you don't want to remove projects from the list, you can Group By User ID and then you could ignore or focus on the projects with your ID.
