I would like to add a speed dial chart to our Program Dashboards that can display in speedometer fashion how close we are to hitting our utilization targets. Seems like a fairly complex report, and it would be similar to the User Utilization view displayed in People > Resource Planning > User Utilization. So curious if someone has already replicated and would be willing to share their path to success with me.
