Remove the requestors right to change the percentage of completion, as well as the request status?

Hello,

 

is it somehow possible to remove the requestors right to change the percentage of completion, as well as the request status?

As it is not possible to add requests as an external user, we were thinking about providing our customers with requestor licences. But if someone creates a new request, he or she can also change the completion percentage to 100% or manually set the status to Closed, what could lead to the fact, that the request will never be processed.

Check out your Project settings either on the specific Project or in your project template settings and play with the following setting:
