Regarding problems with Adobe Workfront Proof

The other day, when I started Adobe Workfront Proof, a software update was performed.
After that, the software no longer started properly.
After starting the software, the screen turns white. (For details, please check the attached screen capture.)

The version before the update was 2.1.35,
The updated version is 2.1.36.

Uninstall the updated software,
Installing the previous version (2.1.35) will resolve the issue, but
When you restart the software, it will be updated automatically.

If you know the cause or solution, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Hi, are you still experiencing this issue? I'd make sure your internet browser is also up to date, and also clear your cache. Or are you referring to using proof on the WF mobile app? If that's the case, I'd try completely uninstalling the WF app and re-installing.
