"Request Type" list empty when submitting new request

Hi,

Can anybody help with this question, I'm new to workfront, trying to submit new request.  On OCEP intake form instruction, it's stated that I should choose "OMC | Marketing Evolution, Campaign, Offer & Data/OCEP Request Queue", but I don't see this option on the dropdown list, the dropdown is actually empty. Thanks.

That request queue must be shared with you, your group or team, etc. for you to see it. See your admin about access rights.
