"Feature Deprecation: Copy / Paste Documents and Proofs"

Workfront Team: This update has significantly and negatively impacted our use of Workfront. We constantly used the copy and paste functionality to quickly add a screenshot into a Workflow. In the Workfront Announcement of November 07, 2017, Workfront stated: " This change resulted from enhancements ... that make the overall process of adding documents to Workfront more streamlined and intuitive." To be clear: this did just the opposite; specifically, before this enhancement, we could simply grab a screenshot and paste it directly into the "Add Document" section of Workfront. The way we must do it now is neither more streamlined nor intuitive. Please reinstate the functionality as soon as possible! Thank you, Jay Schertzer Jay Schertzer Guild Mortgage Company

Funnily enough they may have forgotten to deprecate it completely :) Documents > click on document > click "All Versions" tab > click drop-down arrow next to "New Version > select Paste from Clipboard > voila Jamie Hill JLL Global

LOL, nice find Jamie! However most of our users want to paste as new, not as version. Hoping we get more attention with regards to this rolled back "feature"! Last count, we had 33 votes on the idea. Polly Co

Nice find Jamie! Shouldn't be too hard for Workfront to bring back this feature, seeing as it is still in the system and it still works! Just got to bring back one little button / menu item! Now up to 34 votes. We really need a response from Workfront on this one. What's going to be done? Yay or nay? David Cornwell
