Proofing - Is it possible to force an external user to login?

We would like to provision external users ahead of time and then when an external user clicks on the URL in their proofing approval email, they will be forced to authenticate.

Is this possible?

Hi,

 

Have you explored the "Require login. This proof cannot be shared with guest users" setting when creating proofs? When this setting is enabled, only users who have an account in Workfront proof can access the file and they will be asked to enter their email address and password before being allowed to vire the proof.  You can read more on the settings and what they do here.
