Project Preferences for Group Admins

Last night we were migrated to the "unified shell". 

This morning our Group Administrators can no longer see the "Project Preferences" menu in Setup. 

It's possible this was the case prior to last night, but it's definitely a recent change. 

Is Project Preferences now only accessible to System Admins? Was this an intentional change? Are any of you seeing the same thing?

I think, this is due to restricted/locked permissions for Group Administrators to Project preferences. Your system Administrator can enable the permissions to Group Admins.
