Printing proofs and comments

Does anyone know how to either print a proof with the comments or download the proof in a portable format. Our designers have moved offshore and do not have access to Workfront, so getting them markups has become a challenge

On the proof, in the control panel on the left-hand side, you have options to print or download. For example, if you click on the print option, it will show you a screen where you can indicate to show Current Version/All Versions; Pages with Comments/All Pages; Page Thumbnails/Full Pages, with other options to "Sort comments by:". Also, in the right-hand color, it has options for XLS or PDF.
