Hey Catherine, I've found that you have some additional, limited options for summing up program data if you create chart to display your data. Step 1: Build a program report that filters all programs within a specific portfolio. Step 2: Navigate to the Charts section and build a chart that will sum up the total percent complete by the program, the total count of projects per program, the total count of projects by project condition. (I'm sure there are some others as well, but these are the three I've been successful in creating) Step 3: Once the chart is built, you can also click on the report "summary" option to view the count as well. The buggy thing to me is that I can't pull the same information in the standard grid report. Either way, hopefully, this helps start to pull some of that data.
