We already have a Proof Approval report, but yesterday we realized it doesn't show folks on a PHQ routing who have statuses such as "Read Only" or "Reviewer". Yikes!
Worse, support says this sort of reporting within WF is not currently available and won't be until late 2021. Double yikes!
I don't suppose one of you clever souls has a clever idea how to work around this?
My overall goal is a dashboard in WF which shows:
- Proofs (PHQ) assigned to the user, regardless of role.
- If the user is an approver, basic info like due date, highlighting red overdue proofs, etc. (I have a report for this covered).
- If review/read only, then cite that. (Basically I can build the field, I think, if someone knows how this detection can be done). Or perhaps the easier add would be: a column/report that lists the proofing role assigned.
